Your Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is provided through Reliance Matrix. Basic life insurance coverage is fully paid by Refresco. In addition, you have the option to purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself, your spouse, and eligible children, offering added financial protection for you and your family.

Basic life and AD&D insurance

As a benefit eligible employee, you receive basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to you. Life and AD&D insurance is provided through Reliance Matrix.

Supplemental life and AD&D insurance

In addition to the basic life and AD&D insurance, Refresco offers employees the opportunity to purchase supplemental life and AD&D insurance. The cost of this benefit will depend on your salary. Supplemental life insurance can also be purchased for your spouse or child(ren).
