To improve your overall experience, Refresco partnered with Reliance Matrix to administer important benefits programs, including short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and supplemental health benefits. This partnership ensures a more streamlined and supportive process as you manage time away from work.

Short-term disability

Short-term disability (STD) insurance is designed to help ensure your financial protection should you become disabled due to a non-work related illness or injury. Reliance Matrix provides disability benefits and Refresco pays for the basic benefit. Supplemental short-term disability is employee-paid, if you choose to enroll.

Long-term disability

Long-term disability (LTD) insurance provides you with salary protection if you are unable to work because of a covered illness or injury beyond 26 weeks.

*If employee chooses to enroll in disability benefits, their premium will be calculated based on election and employee’s age at the beginning of the plan year.
