Refresco helps you with saving for your future retirement through the Refresco USA 401(k) Savings & Retirement plan. All regular part-time and full-time non-union employees that are age 18 and older are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan and receive matching employer contributions immediately upon hire. If you do not enroll or opt out of this benefit, you will be automatically enrolled to contribute 1% after 90 days.

Refresco 401(k) plan
Refresco’s retirement plan has several features to help you reach your retirement goals, including:
- Company match: Refresco will match 50% of the first 6% in eligible compensation.
- Pre-tax contributions: Reduce your taxable income and have more money to invest up front.
- Roth after-tax contributions: Pay taxes on your money now and then all future gains are tax free.
- Great investment options: Select from several impressive choices. You can also utilize the target date funds which allocates your funds into a mix of options.
- Escalation feature: It can make your decision making much easier – auto-escalation will happen automatically by 1% each year up to a maximum of 6%.
- Flexibility: Make changes to existing fund balances and future contributions throughout the year.
- Simplicity: Employee contributions will come directly from your paycheck and employer contributions will be allocated to your account each pay period. The plan also allows for a true-up provision to ensure you receive the maximum employer match based on your eligible compensation that you contributed to the plan during the calendar year.
